You supply the venue we supply the infrastructure and you generate lots of revenue on the drink sales.
Our revenue comes from the sale of the tickets.
We supply all the acts with at least one headline act who have had music in the charts along with a variety of tribute acts. The festival stage is a 8m x 6m trailer stage with full sound and lighting package. We supply a trusted medical team, event stewards, and toilets.
Most importantly of all we arrange the licence with your local council if you do not already have one.
We will ask to see copies of your premises licence and will carry out the relevant checks with your local authority.
Take a look at Worsley Live & Atherton Live
As you can imagine it takes over 12 months to plan a music festival with the majority of this time compiling a clear, concise and comprehensive Event Management Plan.
The event management covers subjects such as Emergency Exits, Searching Of Guests, The sale of alcohol, Litter, Safety Barriers, Toilets, Electricity Supply, Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults, Medical & First Aid Cover, Fire Risk Assesments, Police, Risk Managements, Evacuation Plans, Lost Persons, Risk Assesments Of Suppliers and also a comprehensive noise management plan.
All our suppliers including our Health & Safety Consultants have worked at many numerous large festivals such as Glastonbury, Download Festival and Parklife Festival and have many years experience in organising festivals.
We will ensure that every festival we are involved in is a safe environment for everyone attending and working.
The security company we use are highly experienced in the Family Music Festival field and all the event stewards are used to dealing with families and family orientated events.
Our security team are Event Stewards not “Doormen” or “Bouncers” they represent our company and in doing so all Stewards will remain polite, vigilant and will carry out the necessary searches and checks where required.
Prior to the event the security team will submit their own in depth operations plan highlighting any areas of concern at your venue.
Many visits will be required prior to the event by our Security team to ensure everything is covered.
They may also need to make unannounced visits to the site to check any issues that have not been addressed previously.
This will highlight items such as trespassers that may wish to encroach on festival day and checking if any additional security is required to look after the equipment.
We will carry out full and comprehensive risk assesments covering items such as Transport, Pedestrian / Vehicle Conflict, Slips Trips and Falls, Collapse Of Structures even Working at Height.
It will be necessary for the venue to also complete their own risk assessments as these would need to be submitted to the Local Authority with the Event Management Plan.
As part of our commitment we will set up a dedicated festival website, social media pages, ticket pages and subject to availability arrange a Radio Advert on your local station.
We also ask that you help promote the event as well. Remember the more people that attend the more money you will raise.
On the day of the music festival we will require access to the Festival Site from 7am and as the festival will be family orientated we aim to finish the festival around 8pm meaning we can clear the festival site by around 11pm.
We do not recommend you have your bar open longer than that as any responsibility after the festival has finished is the venues and not ours.
The council may not allow you to carry on serving alcohol after the festival has finished.
We will speak to local businesses and organisations to see if they would like to be Festival Partners.
Their are many sporting venues that use Music Festivals to generate most of their annual revenue.
Sadly the sport itself does not usually generate enough income to keep the venue going.
Music festivals can raise you around £30.000 of income with 2000 people attending.
